Quality Assurance Technician

PlayMaker CRM is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician that has either CRM and/or post-acute care experience. We use a suite of testing applications for tracking, defining and automating the regression testing. Our environment is open and challenging where every person has the ability to make a difference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quality Assurance
    • Application Testing
      • Document use-case stories for new features
      • Document steps to replicate issues with screen capture of issues
      • Define Test Scripts
      • Automate Regression Testing
      • Automate Load Testing
      • Attend sprint planning meetings as the QA representative
      • Write test plans for current development
    • Data Validation
      • Ensure proper relationships
      • Ensure appropriate data provisioning
  • Customer Interactions
    • Development
      • Feature Testing
      • Regression Testing
      • Load Testing
    • Integration (BI)
      • Data Validation
    • Customer Agencies
      • Issue Resolution
      • Requirements Gathering

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of technical QA experience
  • Associate Degree in a technical field
  • Detail-oriented problem solver
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Familiarity with mobile testing a plus
