PlayMaker CRM Grows its Team with Addition of Anthony Miranda
FRANKLIN, Tennessee – December 15, 2014 – PlayMaker CRM, the nation’s leading cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software for the post-acute care industry, announced today the addition of Anthony Miranda to its team. Miranda will serve as the company’s vice president of client success and will manage client onboarding, training, customer support and account management.
“Anthony’s experience in the post-acute healthcare space will help take PlayMaker CRM to the next level of growth we have projected,” said John Griscavage, CEO of PlayMaker CRM. “He will help further propel and enrich PlayMaker’s customer service experience to ensure their success.”
Prior to joining PlayMaker CRM, Miranda was the vice president of portfolio operations for Mainsail Partners where he supported portfolio companies in the development and execution of operational and growth initiatives.
He has also served as the vice president of operations for Professional Healthcare, LLC, a Mainsail portfolio company that was sold to Kindred Healthcare in 2011. During his six years at Professional, he was responsible for IT infrastructure and support, facilities management, reimbursement, acquisition diligence and integration. He led the company’s adoption of point of care devices to record clinical data, integrated three acquisitions onto the company’s back office platforms and led the reimbursement team through a period of explosive growth. After the Kindred acquisition, he led the back office integration efforts and ultimately assumed P&L responsibility for Kindred’s southern California Home Health agencies. Prior to Professional, Miranda spent four years at Staples, Inc., a Fortune 500 office supply company, working in both the strategic planning and store operations divisions.
Miranda received a Sc.B. in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
