ONBOARDING PROCESS

During the 12-16 week* integration period, our team assists in configuring  your account and populating key information from your EHR.

Training involves personalized sessions covering successful sales strategies and PlayMaker best practices.

Your assigned account manager reinforces initial training, monitors utilization, and tackles early challenges through check-ins over the first 3 months.

*Integration timeline may vary. Clients not integrating data from an electronic health record system will move through this phase quickly.
